Haruki Iwata is a Japanese actress and voice actress born in Tokyo on April 3, 1995. She is a graduate of Keio University. Her career in the entertainment industry began in 2010, initially appearing in television dramas and films before expanding into voice acting and stage performance. She is currently affiliated with the agency fennec.

Iwata is the niece of renowned voice actor Mitsuo Iwata and voice actress Akiko. Her entry into the world of voice acting and multimedia franchises is closely tied to her work with Bushiroad. Her breakthrough role came in 2017 when she was cast as Mahiru Tsuyuzaki in the Revue Starlight multimedia project. This role is her most prominent, as she has portrayed the character across all facets of the franchise, including the original stage plays starting in 2017, the 2018 television anime series, the compilation film Shōjo Kageki Revue Starlight Rondo Rondo Rondo, the anime's sequel film Revue Starlight: The Movie, the spin-off web series Shōjo☆Conto All Starlight, and the video game Revue Starlight: Re LIVE.

Following the success of Revue Starlight, Iwata became a central figure in other large-scale mixed-media projects. In 2019, she joined the D4DJ project as Towa Hanamaki, a member of the unit Photon Maiden. She has voiced the character in the main television anime D4DJ First Mix and its sequel D4DJ All Mix, as well as the short-form series Pucchimiku D4DJ Petit Mix. Concurrently, she was cast as Mai Thi Yoshimura in the Assault Lily franchise, voicing the character in the 2020 anime series Assault Lily Bouquet, its stage play adaptations, and the Assault Lily Last Bullet game. Her other notable voice roles in anime include Yuki Sakuragi in Rebirth and Belle in I Shall Survive Using Potions!. In 2024, she began voicing Mikoto Saitō in the Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ anime series.

Beyond her voice work, Iwata is also an accomplished stage actress. Her performance as Mahiru Tsuyuzaki in the Revue Starlight stage plays is a cornerstone of her career. She has also taken on other significant stage roles, such as Kobeni Higashiyama in the stage play adaptation of Chainsaw Man.

Iwata's musical activities are a significant part of her career. She is a member of the voice actor unit harmoe, which she formed with her frequent co-star Moeka Koizumi in December 2020. The unit made its major debut under Pony Canyon in 2021. As part of her franchise work, she also performs and releases music as a member of the Starlight Kuku Gumi from Revue Starlight and Photon Maiden from D4DJ.
