Ayano Ishikawa is a Japanese female voice actor and narrator affiliated with the Tokyo Actors' Cooperatives (Haikyo). She was born on November 17, 1981, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Her voice is classified as a mezzo-soprano to alto, a range that allows her to perform a variety of character types.

Ishikawa began her career affiliated with Office Kaoru in 2007 before moving to her current agency, Tokyo Haikyo, in 2012. Her work spans anime television series, original video animations (OVAs), video games, and foreign language dubbing. She is also active as a narrator for television programs and provides voiceovers for a wide range of projects.

One of Ishikawa's notable early roles is Senhime in the long-running Hakuōki franchise. She first voiced the character in the 2010 television anime and has since reprised the role across numerous OVAs, including Hakuōki: A Memory of Snow Flowers and Hakuōki (2021), as well as in various video game adaptations like Hakuōki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom and Hakuōki: Otogisōshi. Another significant role is Fumika Warasono in the 2010 OVA Koe de Oshigoto!, a college student and professional eroge voice actor.

Ishikawa is also well-recognized for her work as Tomoko Yoshikawa in the Yuruyuri (Happy Go Lily) anime series, a role she played in the television seasons and the OVA Yuruyuri Nachu Yachumi!. Her other anime credits include园原沙也香 (Sayaka Sonohara) in Durarara!!, Azusa Koide in Shiki, Ellen in Black Butler II, Yukiko Kawabata in Coppelion, and various characters in long-running series such as Gintama and Naruto Shippūden.

Beyond anime, Ishikawa has an extensive portfolio in video games. She is known for voicing Setsuna and Crimson in Fire Emblem Fates and Fire Emblem Heroes, as well as Senhime in multiple Hakuōki games. Her other game roles include Pelche in Record of Agarest War: Marriage and Yonezawa-jo in Shirohime Quest. Her work also includes a significant number of voice-over roles for foreign films and television series, such as Private Practice, Grey's Anatomy, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, as well as narration for various Japanese television programs.
