Denma Igarashi is a Japanese manga artist and original creator known for his work in the erotic manga and anime industry. He is credited as the original creator behind the anime Lady Does Butler, also known as Cele Kano.

Igarashi was born on March 22 and is a resident of Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. His professional activity as a manga author is documented from at least 2001 through the early 2010s.

As a manga artist, Igarashi is responsible for both the story and art of his publications. One of his primary works is the manga Cele Kano (also titled My Celebrity Girlfriend), which was serialized in the magazine Comic Purumelo. The original six-chapter story was published in 2001, with an expanded compilation released later. This manga served as the source material for the anime adaptation. Additional manga works by Igarashi include the one-volume series Shinsatsu Mari Sensei, which was serialized in Comic Purumelo from 2009 to 2012, and the one-volume work Nurunuru Meromero, published by Angel Shuppan in 2011.

In the anime industry, Igarashi is recognized for his work as the original creator of Lady Does Butler, a two-episode original video animation released in 2012. The anime was produced by the studio Y.O.U.C and directed by Seishirou Katou, with character design by Kyouichi Daihiryuu. The OVA was later licensed for an English-language release by Kitty Media and Media Blasters, with a bilingual DVD and Blu-ray release in October 2020.
