Ayumi Yonemaru is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision. She was born on June 24 in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. In addition to her native Japanese, Yonemaru is fluent in English and German, a skill noted in her professional profiles.

Her career spans both anime television series and video games, with credits dating back to at least 2010. Early anime roles included minor parts in series such as Maid Sama!, where she voiced a Girl C in episode 2 and a Magical Girl-Maid in episode 24, and in Night Raid 1931. In 2011, she appeared in the anime Deadman Wonderland as Ohara across multiple episodes. Other anime credits include Accel World as Takumu's mother, The Future Diary as 12th Pink, Saki Episode of Side A as an announcer and Shizuno's mother, and a role in the film A Letter to Momo.

Yonemaru has also built an extensive list of credits in video game voice acting. She provided Japanese voice work for major titles including The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and its sequel Tears of the Kingdom, as well as Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. Other game credits include Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, and the Japanese VO for Bethesda's Starfield. In the anime adaptation The Gene of AI, she voiced the character Mariko in 2023.

In a notable international collaboration, Yonemaru voiced the character Amora, also known as the Enchantress, in the 2017 anime series Marvel Future Avengers and its second season. This Marvel series, produced in Japan, featured her as the Japanese voice for the Asgardian supervillain, opposite Kari Wahlgren who voiced the character in the English dub.
