Kouichi Tochika is a Japanese voice actor born on October 20, 1971, and affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. He is a graduate of the Katsuta Voice Actor's Institute and the Haikyo Voice Actors Studio.

Tochika began his career in the early 1990s and has built a extensive body of work across anime, video games, and tokusatsu. One of his most recognized roles is Neji Hyūga in the long-running Naruto series, a part he played in Naruto, Naruto: Shippuden, and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Another significant early role was as En Daidouji, the main character in the 1996 anime Brave Command Dagwon. In the beloved Digimon franchise, he voiced Hawkmon in Digimon Adventure 02 and its associated films. His filmography also includes Ryō Shirogane in Tokyo Mew Mew, Hazel Grouse in Saiyuki Reload, and Toyohiro Kanedaichi in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable.

In addition to anime, Tochika has been a prolific voice actor in tokusatsu superhero productions. He has provided voices for numerous characters in the Super Sentai series, including B-Fighter Yanma in B-Fighter Kabuto, Dangoron in B-Robo Kabutack, and the recurring role of Secret Lantern Daigoyou in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger. His work extends to video games and dubbing foreign films and television series into Japanese. He has also worked extensively as a narrator for television programs, commercials, and other media. Tochika is known to speak the Kansai and Yamaguchi dialects and has a keen interest in Japanese castle history.
