Kouichi Tochika is a Japanese voice actor born on October 20, 1971, and affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. He is a graduate of the Katsuta Voice Actor's Institute and the Haikyo Voice Actors Studio.
Tochika began his career in the early 1990s and has built a extensive body of work across anime, video games, and tokusatsu. One of his most recognized roles is Neji Hyūga in the long-running Naruto series, a part he played in Naruto, Naruto: Shippuden, and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Another significant early role was as En Daidouji, the main character in the 1996 anime Brave Command Dagwon.
