Yumiko Konatsu is a Japanese actress and voice actress from Tokyo, born on June 6, 1961. She is affiliated with the talent agency Production Tanc. Her career is built upon a foundation of formal training; she studied at Star World Academy and later trained under the tutelage of renowned voice actor Masako Nozawa at Moonlight Productions, as well as under Minoru Ota at Actor Plant.

Konatsu's voice acting career features a range of roles in anime, often portraying supporting or background characters.
