Victor Désy was a Canadian actor and voice artist from Quebec, born in Montreal on June 8, 1932. His career spanned over five decades and included extensive work in theater, film, television, and voice dubbing. He passed away in Montreal on August 5, 2017.
Désy is particularly recognized for his contributions to Québécois dubbing, lending his deep and resonant voice to a wide array of animated characters and live-action film roles. In animation, he is well-known for voicing the villain Doctor Claw, known as Docteur Gang in the French version, in the popular 1980s series Inspector Gadget.
