Shiori Amase is a Japanese manga artist and the original creator behind the anime All Out!!. Born in Tokyo on June 21, 1990, Amase is a female artist who made her professional debut in the manga industry after receiving the 60th Chiba Tetsuya Award Encouragement Prize at age twenty-one for her short manga David no Shouzou. Her career as a serialized creator began in 2012 with All Out!!, which ran in Kodansha's seinen magazine Monthly Morning Two from November 2012 until February 2020 and was collected into seventeen volumes.
Amase is primarily known for All Out!!, a sports manga centered on high school rugby that was adapted into a twenty-five episode anime television series produced by Madhouse and TMS Entertainment. The anime aired from October 2016 to March 2017, bringing Amase significant recognition as a creator.
