Arisugawa is recognized for her extensive contributions to the成人游戏 industry, with a prolific career that saw her voice numerous characters, particularly throughout the late 2000s and 2010s. One of her notable early roles was as织节秋奈 in the 2008 visual novel 彼女×彼女×彼女 ~三姐妹的心跳共同生活~, a character she also voiced in its 2009 fandisc and the subsequent OVA series adaptation. This OVA, released from 2009 to 2011, featured her as the middle sister, Akina Orifushi.

Beyond her work in the彼女×彼女×彼女 franchise, her filmography includes a wide array of roles. She voiced characters such as鹿岛志鹤 in花与少女的祝福 and its sequel, 矢场弓子 in the认真和我谈恋爱! series, and 风户依瑠 in在这苍穹展翅. She also performed the ending theme song 太阳のカケラ for the 2011 visual novel Hotel..

Throughout her career, Arisugawa developed a long-standing working relationship with the game developer ensemble. She appeared in every one of their games from their debut work,花与少女的祝福, up until 2016's有少女涂彩的爱之芬芳. In several instances, such as for the character 江利原美月 in樱舞少女的圆舞曲, the director and sound director specifically wanted her for the role, and her performance was highly praised. Her voice was also described by a music producer from the game company PULLTOP as being a particularly good fit for blonde-haired characters. In late 2016, Arisugawa had to withdraw from voicing a role in ensemble's game 有少女献鸣的爱之奏章 due to health concerns, marking the first ensemble title in which she did not appear.
