Syundei is a Japanese manga artist known for creating works within the boys love genre, which focuses on romantic relationships between male characters. The artist began their career by drawing doujinshi, or self-published works, and posting comics online before transitioning to professional serialization in commercial manga magazines.
Syundei is best known for the romantic comedy series Go for It, Nakamura! An anime adaptation of Go for It, Nakamura! was announced and is scheduled to premiere in 2026 after being delayed from its originally planned 2025 debut due to production reasons. The anime is being produced by the animation studio Drive, with Aoi Umeki serving as director, scriptwriter, and character designer. The main cast includes Chiaki Kobayashi as Okuto Nakamura and Yuki Sakakihara as Aiki Hirose. Crunchyroll is set to stream the series internationally with a same-day English dub.
