Megane Mihoshi is a Japanese manga artist known for creating the romantic comedy series Love Tyrant, known in Japanese as Ren'ai Bōkun. The creator's name in kanji is 三星めがね, and available records list the gender as female with a birth date of July 21, though the year of birth is not documented.

Mihoshi is best recognized as the sole writer and illustrator of Love Tyrant, which was serialized online in Flex Comix's Comic Meteor web magazine from May 2012 to January 2019. The series was compiled into fourteen tankōbon volumes and is a comedy that follows a high school student who becomes entangled in chaotic romantic situations involving a supernatural notebook called the Kiss Note. This work was adapted into an anime television series that aired from April to June 2017, produced by the studio EMT Squared, with Mihoshi credited as the original creator.

Beyond Love Tyrant, Megane Mihoshi has been credited for additional manga works. In 2020, Mihoshi launched the series Yuki no Niiduma wa Boku to Tokeaitai, handling both the story and art. Other credited works include art for Koiyami: Hayarigami Another Story in 2015 and contributions to Zombie Anthology Comic in 2012. Earlier works listed include Miseru, Mitsumeru, Futari dake from 2019 and Momo to Botan to Yuri no Hana from 2010.
