Moka Hiraguri is a Japanese voice actor born on December 5, 2000, in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. Her given name is properly pronounced as Moka, not Moeka, which is a point she has clarified in introductions.

Hiraguri is known for her role as Kanon in the 2019 anime television series Bermuda Triangle: Colorful Pastrale, produced by Seven Arcs Pictures. In an interview about the series, she described Kanon as an honest but quiet girl who is able to clearly express her thoughts on important matters. She noted that she often related to the character and approached the role by considering how the warmth of the other characters helped Kanon open up. The series also featured Hiraguri performing theme songs as part of the group Pastel＊Palettes for the opening theme Wonderland Girl and the ending theme Bubble for specific episodes.

Her other voice acting credits include the role of Iino in the second season of the television series Teasing Master Takagi-san and a role as a female student in the 2019 animated film HELLO WORLD. She also provided a voice for a club member in the 2019 original net animation Miru Tights.
