Noriko Egawa is a former stage name of Kotoe Taichi, a Japanese actress and voice actress known for her work in anime and tokusatsu productions from the 1970s onwards. She was born on May 17, 1951, in Saitama Prefecture, and launched her career after attending the Tokyo Broadcast Academy and joining the Tokyo Actor's Co-operative. Before becoming widely known as Kotoe Taichi, she also used the stage names Noriko Egawa and Saiko Egawa.

As Noriko Egawa, she is notably recognized for voicing the character Sayaka Yumi in the Mazinger Z franchise. Her credits in this role include the. Hell, known in Japanese as Mazinger Z Tai Ankoku Daishogun. She also voiced the same character in the 1976 combination film Great Mazinger, Getter Robo G, Grandizer: Decisive Battle! Giant Sea Beast. Other voice roles performed under this name include the character Uni in the 1983 film Unico in the Island of Magic and a role in the 1981 tokusatsu series Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan.

The actress continued her career under the name Kotoe Taichi, providing voices for numerous anime series such as Brave Raideen, Anne of Green Gables, and the Precure franchise, as well as many tokusatsu programs like Kikaider 01 and Space Sheriff Gavan. Her career has also included live-action television dramas and films from the 1970s into the 2020s. She is known for having a mezzo-soprano voice and maintains a background in traditional Japanese dance.
