Géraldine Asselin is a prominent French voice actress born on October 10, 1970, in Martinique. She moved to metropolitan France at the age of sixteen to pursue her studies and developed a passion for acting, taking theater courses in Paris. Her early career included performances in various stage plays before she undertook a dubbing workshop, which launched her career in voice-over work for advertisements, documentaries, and eventually films and television series.

Asselin is highly active in dubbing and has become the regular French voice for several prominent actresses, most notably Halle Berry, whom she has voiced since the X-Men trilogy beginning in 2000. She is also the regular voice for Michelle Rodriguez, Nia Long, and Danai Gurira, and frequently dubs actresses such as Zoe Saldana, Rosario Dawson, and Jada Pinkett Smith.

Her extensive voice work spans animation, television series, and video games. In anime and animation, she is known for her role as Crowe Altius in the film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV. Other significant roles in this domain include Svetlana Belikova in Resident Evil: Damnation, Gloria in the Madagascar video game and its sequel, Shaak Ti in Star Wars: Clone Wars, and more recently, Seiko Ayase in the 2024 anime series Dan Da Dan and Doman in Onmyoji: Celestial Guardians in 2023.
