Ayumi Nagao is a Japanese actress and voice actress, or seiyū, from Tokyo, born on January 11, 1975. She is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion, having joined them in 2015 after a previous association with Ken Production that lasted until 2012. Her involvement with theater began in 2002 as a member of the AUN theater company, also known as Gekidan AUN, where she has performed in numerous stage productions, including various works by Shakespeare.

As a voice actor, Nagao's work spans a wide range of media, including anime, video games, and foreign language dubbing. In anime, she is recognized for her role as Olive in the 2020 web series Pokémon: Twilight Wings, a role for which she is credited in multiple episodes. Her other anime credits include minor roles in series such as the 2023 version of Rurouni Kenshin, Joker Game, and The iDOLM@STER. Her filmography also lists appearances in longer-running series like JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable, where she voiced the mother of the character Koichi, and in Detective Conan, Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, and Vatican Miracle Examiner.

Beyond animation, Nagao has contributed her voice to video games, such as her role as Nicola in Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey and as Amata Almodovar in the Japanese version of Fallout 3.
