Matthew Masaru Barron is an American-born entertainer and voice actor based in Japan. He was born in Seattle, Washington, on October 28, 1981, and is known in Japan by the name マシューまさるバロン. Barron moved to Japan in 2000 and has since built a career as a versatile talent, working as a narrator, voice actor, moderator, translator, and lyric adviser.
