Katsuhiko Sasaki is a Japanese actor and voice actor born December 24, 1944 in Tokyo, Japan. He is the son of actor Minoru Chiaki. Sasaki graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Hosei University. His career began in the late 1960s, and he has been active in both live-action films and voice acting for several decades.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Sasaki has portrayed a variety of supporting characters. He played Takeshi Kitaōji in the 2006 television anime series Souten no Ken, also known as Fist of the Blue Sky. His other notable anime roles include Hennig in Monster, Masahiro Takenaka in Black Lagoon, Jim McGowan in The Big O, Son Mun-deok in Yona of the Dawn, Baker in Golgo 13, and Abyss in Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal. In web animation, he voiced the Master in the Star Wars: Visions episode The Akakiri. He also contributed voice work to the Japanese dub of the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars as Baron Papanoida.

Beyond animation, Sasaki has an extensive career in live-action film and television. He is particularly recognized for his roles in the Godzilla franchise, appearing in films such as Godzilla vs. Megalon (1973) as inventor Goro Ibuki, Terror of Mechagodzilla (1975) as biologist Akira Ichinose, Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989), and Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991) as Professor Mazaki.

His voice acting work also includes dubbing foreign films and video games into Japanese. He provided the Japanese voice for U.S. President Adam Benford in Resident Evil 6 and has been the recurring Japanese dub voice for actors such as Liam Neeson and Jeff Bridges in numerous films.
