Hina Kamimura is the pseudonym of Japanese voice actress Mikako Satō, born on June 15, 1974, in the Oga Peninsula area of Akita Prefecture. She began her voice acting career in 1995. In her professional work, she uses two names: her legal name, Mikako Satō, for roles in mainstream television anime and general audiences' content, and the name Hina Kamimura primarily for her extensive work in visual novels and adult-oriented computer games. Over the course of her career, she has been affiliated with several talent management agencies, including ATELIER PEACH,剧团21世纪FOX, and TORI TORI office, which she joined in 2006. Following the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, she returned to her hometown in Akita Prefecture, from where she has continued her voice acting career.

As Hina Kamimura, she is known for a vast number of voice roles in visual novels. One of her earliest noted roles under this name was as Chadoko in the 2003 visual novel Angelium ~Tokimeki Lovegod~, and she later reprised the role of Cyadoko Asagiri for the 2004 original video animation adaptation of Angelium. Other prominent roles in this medium include Mizuho Miyanokōji and Michiko Takane in Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru (2005), Makoto Minaduki in the Baldr Sky series (2009), and Suzuna Tomosaka in Ramune (2004). Her filmography under this name is heavily concentrated in productions from the early 2000s through the early 2010s.

Working under her legal name, Mikako Satō, her notable anime television roles include Rikako Nagase in Nurse Angel Ririka SOS (1995), Kato Miki in the television version of Dōkyūsei 2 (1999), and Haruka in Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan (2002). She also voiced Elza in the television anime adaptation of Demonbane (2006) and Tomosaka Suzuna in the Ramune television anime (2005). In addition to her screen work, she has contributed to numerous drama CDs and video games, such as the role of Mirai Takakura in the Tokimeki Memorial Drama Series.
