R. Bruce Elliott is an American actor, voice actor, ADR director, and scriptwriter with a career spanning several decades, known primarily for his extensive work in English dubs of Japanese anime series for Funimation. He has been active in the entertainment industry since 1989, with his voice acting work becoming particularly prominent from the early 2000s onward. Beyond anime, he has also appeared in live-action television and film, including roles in Barney & Friends and the film JFK.

Elliott has portrayed a wide array of characters, often lending his voice to authoritative, elderly, or sagely figures.
