Cynthia Alfonzo is a Mexican voice actress and director with an extensive career in Latin Spanish dubbing, working in both Mexico and Los Angeles. She was born on November 30, 1964, in Mexico City. Beyond performing, her professional roles include directing dubbing and casting, as well as commercial voiceover work. Alfonzo's voice acting portfolio includes a wide range of live-action films and television series. Notable film dubbing credits include voicing Mrs. Bucket in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the title character in Corpse Bride, and roles in features such as Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Venom. In television, she has provided voices for series like Game of Thrones as Queen Cersei Lannister and True Blood, and is known for long-running roles in animated sitcoms including Turanga Leela in later seasons of Futurama and Bonnie Swanson in Family Guy. Her work in anime includes the character Enterprise in the series Azur Lane, though this credit is noted as "ilusoria" or illusory, and she also served as the director for that project, marking her first time directing an anime. She voices Excel Walter in How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom, a dub she also directed for VSI Mexico City.
