Saya Horigome is a Japanese voice actress and actress from Saitama Prefecture, born on April 11, 1992. She began her career in the late 2000s and is currently affiliated with the agency Stay Luck, having joined in March 2023 after previously being with B-Box and RME.

Horigome is widely recognized for her voice work in the Azur Lane multimedia franchise, where she voices the character Cleveland. She has portrayed this role in the original mobile game, the television anime series, and the video game Azur Lane: Crosswave. Her association with the franchise also led to her being a guest at Anime Expo 2019 alongside fellow voice actress Asuka Itou and illustrator Hao. Another notable anime role is Norito in the 2022 series Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall. Her other anime credits include minor roles in series such as Jujutsu Kaisen and Rinshi!! Ekoda-chan.
