Laura Harris is a Canadian actress who has built a career spanning both live-action and voice acting for animation. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, in 1976, she began working in the entertainment industry at the age of five, starting with radio dramas and animated series. This early start laid the foundation for a diverse body of work that includes notable voice performances in several animated shows.

While Harris is widely recognized for her live-action roles in series such as 24 and Dead Like Me, as well as the film The Faculty, her voice acting portfolio includes a range of characters from the late 1980s through the 2010s. One of her earlier voice roles was as Wendy in the series Funky Fables, specifically in an episode titled Peter Pan. Around the same time, she provided voices for the revival of The New Adventures of Beany and Cecil.

In the early 1990s, she lent her voice to the animated franchise My Little Pony, playing the character Bright Eyes in 21 episodes of My Little Pony Tales. She also voiced the character Felicia in the animated series Darkstalkers. Her voice work continued into the late 2000s and 2010s with roles in projects based on comic book properties. She voiced Kitty Pryde, also known as Shadowcat, in the animated series Astonishing X-Men. She also provided the voice for Elloe Kaifi in an episode of Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.. Additionally, she voiced the character Selene in the animated short film Underworld: Endless War. Throughout her career, she has sometimes been credited under the names Elizabeth Harris or Laura E. Harris. After a brief hiatus from acting, Harris returned to screen roles in 2021.
