Tomomi Mizuna is a Japanese manga artist and illustrator known for her work on childrens manga and adaptations of light novel series. Born on April 25 in Fukuoka Prefecture, she currently resides in Saitama Prefecture. Mizuna began her professional career as a computer graphics artist for a video game company before becoming a freelance manga artist and illustrator. Her professional activities have extended to character design, corporate illustration, and childrens book illustration.

Mizuna`s earlier published works include the anthology titles Gensou Suikoden V Anthology from 2006 and Gensou Suikoden V: 4-koma Anthology Manga from 2007. She is known as the artist for the manga series The Big Adventures of Majoko, which was published in English by Udon Entertainment. Additional manga series credited to her include Fantasy Matrix, Mimori Rockon!, and Cho! Edo Bakumatsu-den.

Mizuna is the illustrator for the manga adaptation of the light novel series A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring, originally written by Shizuru Minazuki with illustrations by Yamakawa. Her manga adaptation began serialization online through AlphaPolis` manga website in January 2018. This manga series was later adapted into an anime television series that premiered in July 2024. Her artistic style is noted for incorporating pop-art influences and has been featured in exhibitions internationally.
