MAKIKO is a Japanese voice actress known for her work in anime, video games, and web series. She was born on December 21, 1992, in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, and has a height of 172 centimeters with blood type O. She is affiliated with the talent agency EARLY WING. After graduating from the Voice Actor Talent Department of the Amusement Media Academy, she initially began her career under her birth name, Miura Makiko, before adopting the mononymous stage name MAKIKO by which she is known today.

MAKIKO made her anime debut in 2013 with small roles in several series, including providing voices for characters in Samurai Flamenco, the wrestling series Wanna Be the Strongest in the World, and DIABOLIK LOVERS. Over the following years, she continued to take on supporting roles in various projects. She appeared in the 2018 series The Sky and the Sea as the characters Ankijin and Kisshoten, and in 2020 she voiced a staff member in BanG Dream! 3rd Season.
