Paulo Oom is a Portuguese actor and voice actor, born in Lisbon on June 19, 1966. His career began in theatre in 1984, and he has since built a extensive body of work on stage, television, and in dubbing. He was a founding member of the theatre group Teatroesfera.

Oom is highly active in the field of dubbing, working both as a voice actor and as a voice director. He is known for providing the official Portuguese voice for Warner Bros.' Bugs Bunny. Another of his prominent roles is voicing Puss in Boots in the Shrek film series. His dubbing portfolio is vast and includes characters in numerous animated films, such as Randall in Monsters, Inc. and Monsters University, Scuttle in The Little Mermaid, Heimlich in A Bug's Life, and Ramone in the Cars films. He has also directed the Portuguese dubbing for major franchises, including the first season of the animated series Star Wars Rebels, where he also voiced the character Agent Kallus. His work as a director has extended to series within the Marvel universe, such as those featuring Spider-Man, Hulk, and the Avengers.

In the context of anime and animated series, Oom contributed his voice to the Portuguese version of the film One Piece Stampede, where he voiced the character Franky, as well as the characters Donald Moderate and Capone Bege.
