Emily Cramer is an American voice actor and singer known for her work in the English dubs of anime and animated series. She is recognized for voicing the character Eri in the Pokémon web miniseries Pokémon: Paldean Winds. Before establishing her career in voiceover, Cramer performed as a Broadway character actor, appearing in national touring productions of musicals such as Shrek The Musical, Mary Poppins, Les Misérables, and School of Rock.

Cramer's voiceover career includes a range of roles in animated television, films, and video games. One of her most prominent roles is as Skye Zaizen, also known as Blue Angel, in the English dub of the anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS. She also provided the voice for Bloom in the eighth season of the animated series Winx Club for the 3Beep dub. Her involvement with the Pokémon franchise is extensive.
