Shūhei Takubo is a Japanese male voice actor born on June 20, 1978, in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Production. Takubo's career spans from the mid-2000s to the present, during which he has built a substantial portfolio of roles in anime television series, animated films, and video games.

He is recognized for his versatility in portraying a wide array of supporting and character roles. One of his most enduring and notable roles is Otacross in the anime series based on Level-5's multimedia franchise. He first voiced this character in Danbōru Senki (also known as LBX), continuing the role in its sequel Danbōru Senki W, and later reprised it in the crossover film Gekijōban Inazuma Irebun GO VS Danbōru Senki W. The character was revisited years later in the related series Sōkō Musume Senki ( LBX Girls ) in 2021, demonstrating a long-standing association with the role.
