Raik Singer is a German actor and voice artist, born in Leipzig in November 1963. He initially pursued a career in theatre, studying at the Rostock branch of the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts from 1986 to 1990. Following his studies, Singer performed at numerous theatres across Germany, including engagements at the Staatstheater Braunschweig, the Mecklenburgisches Staatstheater Schwerin, and the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe. Since 2005, he has been a permanent ensemble member at the Rheinisches Landestheater Neuss, where he has appeared in classic productions such as Nathan der Weise, Kabale und Liebe, and Hamlet.

In addition to his stage work, Singer is active in television and film, with roles including a recurring part as an emergency doctor in the series Alphateam and a leading role in the 2020 independent film Faustdick, in which he portrayed the character Dietmar Uhlig. However, he is also widely recognized for his voice work, particularly in dubbing for German-language versions of anime and other animated productions. His voice acting credits encompass a range of characters in this genre. He is credited with voicing Bill Zimmer in the series Cop Craft, and Kouichirou Hazama in both seasons of GATE. His other notable anime roles include Yoshitomo Takami in Gingitsune, Doloteo Mardonnes in Knight's & Magic, Rokusuke 'Sniper' Endou in Special 7: Special Crime Investigation Unit, and multiple characters including Campanella's Father and the Conductor in the film Night on the Galactic Railroad.
