Yusuke Hoshino is a Japanese voice actor born on May 14 in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion.

Hoshino graduated from the vocational school Eizo Techno Academia, now known as Video Techno Academy, in 2018. Upon graduating, he joined Mausu Promotion in the same year, marking the start of his professional career. His first named role in an anime is considered to be Masami Nezu in the series Kengan Ashura.
