Mizuki Chiba is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor affiliated with Mausu Promotion. He was born on February 26 in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. His blood type is A, and he stands 176 cm tall. He holds several licenses and qualifications, including a regular driver's license, a large motorcycle license, and ranks of first-dan in both kendo and jukendo.

Chiba began his career in entertainment with appearances in smaller local theater troupes before transitioning to professional acting and voice acting.
