Riki Kagami is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor, born on June 25, 1970, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent management firm Arts Vision. Standing 180 cm tall, Kagami began his performance career in the 1990s, gaining experience on the stage as a member of prestigious theater companies such as the Haiyuza Theater Company and the Hanagumi Shibai Theater Company before transitioning to voice acting in the 2010s. He is a graduate of Toho Gakuen College of Drama and Music.

Kagami's voice acting career is characterized by a high volume of supporting and character roles across anime, video games, and foreign-language dubbing. In anime, he is known for his versatility, appearing in a wide array of series. Some of his notable anime credits include the role of the Master in Blood Blockade Battlefront, Roland and Eckhart Munter in Violet Evergarden, and various characters in the long-running Detective Conan series since 2013.
