Rika Momokawa is a Japanese female voice actor born on October 1st in Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency EARLY WING and has a blood type of B. Before pursuing voice acting, Momokawa was involved in stage performance, which led her to move to Tokyo. She enrolled in the Tokyo Voice Actor Academy to build a foundation in vocal technique, and it was during this time, encouraged by a friend, that she decided to focus on a career in voice acting.

Her professional debut came in 2015 with a leading role as Shizuku Tendo in the television anime series Fushigi na Somera-chan, also known as Magical Somera-chan.
