Masanori Kobayashi is a Japanese male voice actor, singer, and stage actor born on November 8, 1982, in Hokkaido. He is affiliated with the agency M's Creations and has also worked as a freelance artist with a business partnership with SLOD1. His blood type is O. His career is notably interdisciplinary, blending voice acting for anime and games with significant work as a performing musician and stage actor.

Kobayashi's entry into the entertainment industry was marked by his success in the 4th All Japan Anison Grand Prix in 2010, where he received a special jury award. He made his debut with a live-action role as Kurose Kiri for the VOMIC adaptation of the manga CRASH!.
