Tomoya Itō is a Japanese voice actor born on November 7, 2004, in Chiba Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise. His journey into the voice acting industry began after graduating from high school, where he trained at the Japan Narration Acting Institute alongside contemporaries such as Ayasa Yuiki, Ohgi Tachibana, and Yuki Terui. He officially started his career in 2021 upon joining his agency.

Itō made his debut in television anime in 2022, taking on minor roles in series including A Couple of Cuckoos and The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious. He gradually gained more visibility with appearances in major productions like Shangri-La Frontier. A significant early role came in 2024 when he was cast as Berti B. Volk in The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup Semifinal. The same year, he also appeared in the theatrical films The First Slam Dunk and Rakudai Majo.

His career advanced considerably in 2025 when he landed his first lead role as the protagonist Tōgo Asagaki, also known as Kizuna Red, in the television anime adaptation of The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World. This series, which began airing in January 2025, features Itō voicing a heroic character transported to a fantasy world where he continues to fight for justice. Beyond anime, Itō has expanded his repertoire to include voice work in video games, notably in Memories Off Sousou, and in voice comics.

Itō is known to have a natural and down-to-earth acting style. His personal interests include playing video games, and his skills include volleyball, a sport he played during his middle school years, and mimicry.
