Kyouhei Natsume is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency VIMS. He was born on October 10th and is a native of Ibaraki Prefecture, where he speaks the local Ibaraki dialect. His journey to becoming a voice actor began after being inspired by the anime Fairy Tail, which led him to enroll in and graduate from the Japan Narration Acting Institute.

Natsume began his professional career in 2019 when he joined VIMS. His debut in anime came in 2020 with minor roles in series such as Kakushigoto and Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens. A significant turning point in his career was landing the role of the Producer in the anime adaptation of The IDOLM@STER Shiny Colors. This part, which spanned both the 2024 first season and its second season, marked his first leading role and was a role he won through audition. He has described learning about this casting as a moment that did not feel real for some time, and he focused on portraying the Producer's trustworthiness, sincerity, and passion.

Beyond this signature role, Natsume has built a diverse portfolio of voice work in television animation. He has had recurring roles in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, appearing in Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens and providing voices for multiple characters in Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!. His other anime credits include Hamel in Combatants Will Be Dispatched!, Jaures Rimsky in Irina: The Vampire Cosmonaut, and various characters in the third season of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. He has also appeared in popular series such as The Dangers in My Heart, Black Butler: Public School Arc, and Trillion Game. In 2025, he is set to voice the character Takao Ota in The Unfavorable Job [Jikkyo] "The Unfavorable Job" "I'll Do My Best" "No, I Mean, Please Do It" and the character Hiroshi Takajo in Necronomi Girl's Cosmic Horror Show.

His work also extends to video games and other media. He voices the character Bosch in the Japanese version of Street Fighter 6. He has participated in BLCD dramas, internet programs, and stage readings, including a role in an adaptation of The Boy Detectives Club. Natsume has also hosted his own radio feature titled Monthly New Handsome Communication: September Issue ~ Monthly Kyouhei Natsume.

Natsume is known for his cheerful and friendly demeanor. His publicly shared hobbies include singing, cooking, and viewing beautiful landscapes. He is also skilled in ball games, a talent that may stem from playing baseball as a pitcher during his school days. A unique and often-mentioned personal skill is his ability to stop someone from hiccupping by asking them a single question.
