Shio Kisui is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Tokyo, born on March 28, 1998. She began her entertainment career in 2014 after being a runner-up in the first National Beautiful Voice Contest, a competition organized by Oscar Promotion and Aoni Production. Initially, she performed under the name Mii Takahashi and was a founding member of the idol group elfin' from 2015 to 2017. After leaving the group and her agency, she took a hiatus before joining the agency BLACK SHIP as a trainee in 2021, adopting her current stage name, Shio Kisui, to begin a focused career as a voice actress.
Her most prominent and high-profile role is providing the voice of Yuika Mitsumine in the popular mixed-media franchise The Idolmaster Shiny Colors.
