Kurumi Sakamoto is a Japanese voice actress from Osaka Prefecture, born on December 20. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. Sakamoto is a graduate of the 34th class of Aoni Juku, the training school associated with her agency. As a native of the Kansai region, she speaks the Osaka dialect.

Her career in animation began in 2019, with early roles consisting of various minor characters and townspeople in long-running and popular series. Her debut year included parts in GeGeGe no Kitaro (6th series), Detective Conan, and the web anime Baki. She continued to build her experience throughout the early 2020s with appearances in major franchises. She voiced several characters in Digimon Ghost Game between 2021 and 2023, including a recurring role as the Digimon Gazimon in 2022. She has also had multiple, albeit uncredited, roles in One Piece, playing characters such as a courtesan and various townspeople from 2022 onwards. Additional credits during this period include appearances in Chibi Maruko-chan, Me & Roboco, and The Banished Former Hero Lives as He Pleases.

Sakamoto's profile saw a notable increase in 2024 with a series of roles in new television anime. She was cast as Porgrette Whey Cochon in the series Moriarty's Perfect Crime, a "light anime" adaptation of Kuromeika's novels that premiered in July 2024. This role was part of the series' main cast, which also featured Ryōta Suzuki and Yuri Noguchi. The same year, she also provided voices for minor roles in Spice and Wolf: Merchant Meets the Wise Wolf and Yakuza Fiancé: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii.
