Tatsuki Kobe is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Atomic Monkey. He was born on December 17, 1987. Before pursuing a career in voice acting, Kobe worked in the construction and civil engineering fields after graduating from university. At around the age of 24, he decided to change careers to follow his aspiration of becoming a voice actor, a decision influenced by his long-standing interest in animation and film. He studied at the Atomic Monkey voice acting and演技 institute before officially joining the agency.

Kobe is known for his extensive work in anime, frequently voicing配角 and supporting characters in numerous long-running and popular series. He has a particularly notable presence in the Pokémon franchise, having joined the anime during Pokémon Journeys: The Series. In this role, he has voiced a wide array of minor human characters and several Pokémon, with one of his most recognized performances being that of Iris's Haxorus. His involvement with Pokémon has continued in subsequent series, including Pokémon Horizons: The Series and Pokémon Evolutions.

Beyond Pokémon, Kobe has built a diverse filmography with roles in many major anime. He has appeared in multiple seasons of My Hero Academia, providing voices for characters such as Kashiko Kashi, as well as various citizens, operators, and other background figures. He is also credited with roles in Attack on Titan, where he voiced a Marleyan citizen, and in Pluto, as a fight commentary voice. His work extends to series like Shaman King and its sequel Shaman King Flowers, Cop Craft, and SK8 the Infinity, among many others. In the series MF Ghost and its associated Battle Digest, Kobe plays the role of Yōji Tanaka.

In addition to his voice work, Tatsuki Kobe is a member of the theater company HeroHero Q Company, demonstrating his active engagement with stage performance alongside his voice acting career. He possesses absolute pitch and has an interest in playing musical instruments, including the drums, bass, and guitar.
