Keisuke Tokumori is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo, born on September 18, 1983. He is affiliated with the talent agency Ally Studio and was previously represented by Office Kaoru and had a partnership with Junkers Agency. He is 175cm tall and has blood type O. He was formerly known by the stage name Takao Tokumori.

Tokumori's voice roles include the character Robert von Luxel in the 2024 short-form anime television series Head Start at Birth, as well as a butler character in the same series. He also voiced the character Robert von Luxel in the second season of the series, titled 0 Years Old Child Starting Dash Story: Season 2, which aired in 2025. In this season, he also provided the voice for the Carol Family's Senior Butler. Other credits include a role as an Islander in the 2023 anime series A Galaxy Next Door. He has also contributed additional voices to projects such as the 2019 series Star Wars Roll Out.
