Rie Hazuki is a Japanese voice actress born on August 15 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She stands 156 cm tall and has A-type blood. Hazuki began her career in 2006 after graduating from the Pro Fit Voice Actor Training School. She was affiliated with the agency Pro Fit until its closure on April 1, 2022, at which point she transferred to Raccoon Dog, where she remained until October 31, 2024.

Throughout her career, Hazuki has built a substantial body of work across television anime, original video animations, films, and video games. She is perhaps best known for her recurring role as Ganryou, also known as Yan Liang, in the Koihime Musō franchise, appearing in multiple television series and OVAs including Koihime Musō, Shin Koihime Musō, and Shin Koihime Musō: Otome Tairan. Other notable television anime credits include roles in Natsuyuki Rendezvous as Sunny, Nobunaga Concerto, The Severing Crime Edge as a high school girl, and World Break: Aria of Curse for a Holy Swordsman as a mother character. Her film appearances include a role as a baton club first grader in Tamako Love Story. Hazuki has also lent her voice to numerous video game titles, such as Final Fantasy XII, multiple entries in the Koihime Musō game series, White Album, and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.

In addition to her work under her primary name, Hazuki uses two known aliases: Aoi Miu and Nanri Ichika. She is credited as Miu Aoi for her role as Yumi Ishida in the OAV series Confessions of a Slutty Wife. Her personal interests include collecting antique kimono, and she possesses the skill of making soap.
