Hinano Sakikawa is a Japanese voice actress born on January 22, 2004, in Yamagata Prefecture. She is 157cm tall and is affiliated with the talent agency Stay Luck. Her real name is Hinano Kawada.

Sakikawa's path to becoming a voice actor was inspired by the group μ's from the Love Live! franchise, whose performance on a New Year's Eve television program motivated her to pursue a career that combined acting, singing, and dancing. To achieve this goal, she trained at Follow-Up, a training school associated with Stay Luck, before officially joining the agency in April 2022.

Her early anime credits include minor roles in series such as The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made, Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion, and Dark Gathering in 2023. She also had a role in the 2024 theatrical film Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club: Finale. Her first leading role came in 2025 when she was cast as Azu Niisato in the original Sunrise television anime series Maebashi Witches. For this series, she also performs theme songs as part of the main cast.

Beyond anime, Sakikawa has lent her voice to several video games. Her game credits include the role of the manul cat in Kemono Friends 3, Ranran in IDOLY PRIDE, and Haiyou in Azur Lane. She has also participated in有声漫画 (audio dramas or voice comics).

Sakikawa has had a long-standing interest in performance and physical activity from a young age, having started rhythmic gymnastics at the age of three and piano at the age of five. Her hobbies include stretching, playing the piano, and creating hair arrangements. She is known to be a fan of the Love Live! series and shares a close friendship with fellow voice actor Sakura Kasuga.
