Sōhei Horikane is a Japanese voice actor born on August 31, 1997, in Kochi Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Raccoon Dog. Standing 174 cm tall with blood type A, he is also a speaker of the Hata dialect.

Horikane's career in anime began in the early 2020s, with one of his first credited roles being Mitsuya in the 2022 sports anime Aoashi. Since his debut, he has steadily gained experience by voicing a variety of supporting and background characters across numerous television series.

His profile grew as he took on a more prominent recurring role in the 2025 romantic comedy anime Inexpressive Kashiwada and Expressive Oota. In this series, he voiced the character Sata-kun, the calm and observant honor student friend of the protagonist, Oota. This role across all 12 episodes of the series stands as one of his most substantial credits to date.

Throughout 2024 and 2025, Horikane has been active in the industry, appearing in a wide range of anime productions.
