Neo Tanaka is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency Object. She was born in Tokyo on November 16, 1996. Her decision to pursue a career in voice acting was inspired by watching the anime series K-ON! during her middle school years.

Tanaka's career encompasses a variety of roles in anime, video games, and other media. Her early work in television animation included minor roles in series such as Komon-senpai desu ka? and Bakuon!! in the mid-2010s. She has also contributed her voice to original video animations like Fairy Tail and to streaming anime.

A significant portion of her professional activity is in video games. Her game credits include roles in Tokyo Shinseiroku Operation Abyss, Phantom of the Kill, Gothic wa Mahou Otome, and Crusaders Quest. In 2024, she was cast in the popular game Monster Strike. Beyond traditional game roles, she has also been involved with multimedia projects, such as providing the voice for the character Ayame Hita in the Onsen Musume project starting in 2018.

Tanaka is also active in voice actor units and other performance avenues. She was an initial member of the voice actor e-sports unit IDEA GAMES, formed in 2019.
