Antonio Orlandino, known professionally as Toni Orlandi or Tony Orlandi, is an Italian voice actor born in Florence on October 30, 1940. He has built an extensive career spanning several decades, lending his voice to a wide array of characters in films, television series, and animated works for the Italian market.

Orlandino's voice acting portfolio is notable for its diversity and includes a significant number of roles in anime and animated productions. He is well-known as the historic Italian voice of the cartoon character Popeye. Another prominent and long-standing role is that of Grandpa Max Tennyson in the various Ben 10 animated series and films, including Ben 10, Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Ben 10: Omniverse, and the 2016 series. He also voiced the character Nezu in the 1992 Italian dub of the seminal anime film Akira.

In anime series, his roles include Genma Saotome in the television edition of Ranma ½, the narrator in Sasuke, the little ninja, Professor Tadashi Sakurada in GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka, and Morchia in Biker Mice from Mars. He also provided voices for the Italian dubs of Fairy Tail and the film Fairy Tail: The Phoenix Priestess.
