Ingo Albrecht is a German voice actor and actor, born on April 10, 1959. He studied acting and singing at the HFF Potsdam-Babelsberg. In 2003, he established his own recording studio in Berlin. With a career spanning several decades, his voice has been featured in over 600 productions, including films, television series, video games, and radio programs.

In the realm of anime and animation, Albrecht has lent his voice to a variety of characters. He voices the character Bogner in the 2010 fantasy adventure film Welcome to THE SPACE SHOW. He is the German voice of Frederick Barnaby in the 2015 anime film The Empire of Corpses. In the Psycho-Pass universe, he voices Guillermo Garcia in the 2019 film Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System - Case.3: On the Other Side of Love and Hate.
