Asami Yaguchi, also known by the Japanese name 矢口アサミ, is a Japanese female voice actress born on July 31st in Saitama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Kenyu Office. Her height is 159 cm and her blood type is O.

Yaguchi began her career after training at the Yoyogi Animation Academy and the 81 Produce acting institute. Her professional debut came in 2003 with a small role in the anime television series Human Crossing. Her first major role is often cited as Talant in the 2004 anime Fantastic Children.

Yaguchi is widely recognized for her long-standing role as the character Kuchipatchi in the Tamagotchi! franchise. She has voiced this character across numerous series and films for over a decade, including in Let's Go! Tamagotchi, Tamagotchi!, Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream, Tamagotchi! Miracle Friends, GO-GO Tamagotchi!, as well as the movies Tamagotchi the Movie and Let's Go! Tamagotchi. Another significant and recurring role is that of a young Sakata Gintoki in the long-running anime series Gintama.

In the video game and anime adaptation realm, she is known for voicing Katina Tarask in the Super Robot Wars OG series, including Super Robot Wars OG: Divine Wars. She also provided the voice for Eleonore von Wittenburg in the Dies irae series, including Dies irae: To the Ring Reincarnation. Other notable roles include Kousuke Kitayama in Net Ghost Pipopa, Sawyer in Black Lagoon, and Liu Bian in Souten Kouro. Her film work also includes roles in recent Doraemon films, such as Doraemon: Nobita's Moon Exploration.

Yaguchi possesses a contralto or alto voice, which allows her to play a wide range of characters, from young boys and sassy women to elderly women. She has a background in martial arts and counts kendo and action choreography among her special skills. Within the industry, she is known to be close friends with fellow voice actors such as Ayahi Takagaki, Sayuri Yahagi, and Tsubasa Yonaga.
