Olivia Powell is a German-American voice actor, actress, and moderator based in Munich, Germany. She is a native speaker of both German and English and also possesses good knowledge of French. Her professional career as a speaker began in 1993, and she has since worked extensively in dubbing for film and television, as well as providing voice-overs for commercials and serving as a station voice for various TV and radio broadcasters.

Powell is particularly active in the dubbing of anime series and films into German. One of her notable roles in this field is providing the German voice for the character Vivi Holopainen in the anime series Chaika - The Coffin Princess and its associated OVA, where she dubs the original Japanese voice of actress Iori Nomizu. This role is a key example of her work in the genre.

Beyond this, her dubbing portfolio encompasses a wide range of other anime characters. She is the German voice for Yoshino in the series Date A Live and its related films, as well as for Nymph in the Angeloid series (Sora no Otomoshimo).
