Ryō Nishitani

Ryō Nishitani is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion. He is a native of Osaka Prefecture. His career spans work in anime television series, films, and original video animations.

Nishitani's filmography includes a variety of supporting roles across numerous popular series. He is known for voicing Metal Lee in the film Boruto: Naruto the Movie and the subsequent long-running series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. In this same franchise, he also provided the voice for the character Sōma. Another prominent early role was as Kazuki Shimada in the critically acclaimed 2016 film A Silent Voice.

In 2017, Nishitani took on the role of Will in the television series Pikaia!!. That same year, he began voicing the character Shachō in the Duel Masters franchise, a role he continued in subsequent series including Duel Masters (2017), Duel Masters!, and Duel Masters!!. He also voiced Zack in the 2018 anime series Angels of Death.

His other anime credits include multiple roles in the 2018 adaptation of Captain Tsubasa, where he voiced characters such as Hiroshi Nagano, Matsuno, and a handball club member. He has also contributed voice work to series such as Qualidea Code, Gabriel Dropout, and Kiratto Pri Chan, often in supporting or guest capacities. His more recent work includes a role in the 2024 television series The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse and a part in the upcoming film Gekijōban Chainsaw Man: Reze Hen.
