Kazuki Ogawa is a Japanese voice actor born on August 17, 1979, in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. He was previously affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab. His blood type is AB, and he stands 171 cm tall. His known hobbies include baseball and collecting, while his skills include weight training and kendo. He has been active in the voice acting industry since the 2000s.

Ogawa is recognized for his role as Koeru Tabuchi in the 2026 remake of the anime series High School! Kimengumi. This gag comedy, which originally centered on a group of idiosyncratic students in the 1980s, was reimagined for the modern Reiwa era with a new cast. He also provided the voice for the character Mercury-go in the series Pumpkin Scissors. Mercury-go, often referred to as Merc, is the platoon's messenger dog and a male Labrador retriever with a habit of biting people's heads. The character was demoted from Corporal to Courier Private First Class for biting an officer.

Beyond these roles, Ogawa has built a career with numerous supporting parts in various anime. His other voice credits include playing a rugby club member in Clannad, a priest in Tales of Symphonia: The Animation, and a bandit in the original Naruto series. He also had roles in Naruto Shippuden as a Sand Village shinobi, a patrol officer in Romeo × Juliet, a sergeant in Mai-Otome Zwei, a St. Pierre man in Yakitate!! Japan, an instructor in Samurai Champloo, a demon in InuYasha, and a pilot in Rocket Girls. He was also in the cast of Vexille, Baki, and The Law of Ueki. In addition to his animated work, he appeared in the live-action film Hiroshima, playing the role of Koremasa Anami.
