Description
Hiroki Sasamori is a Japanese actor and model who is expanding into anime voice work, known primarily for his extensive career in stage musicals and 2.5D live theater adaptations of popular anime, manga, and game franchises. He was born on June 21, 1997, in Tokyo, Japan, and stands 178 centimeters tall with blood type A.

Sasamori first gained public attention after winning the Grand Prix at the 3rd Kanto High School Mister Contest in 2015. Following this victory, he began appearing in television dramas in 2017, with roles in series such as Shinrei Jusatsu Shigaeshi-hen and Saki ni Umareta Dake no Boku. However, his career truly developed on the stage, where he became a prominent figure in the 2.5D theatrical scene—live stage productions based on anime, manga, and video games.

His most recognized stage role is Matsui Go in the long-running musical adaptation of Touken Ranbu, a role he has portrayed in multiple productions from 2021 through 2025, including Musical Touken Ranbu: Shizukanaru Umi no Paraiso, Musical Touken Ranbu: Gou on Stage, and the 10th anniversary celebration Musical Touken Ranbu: Medetashi Utakata Hanamai. Another major recurring role is Eichi Tenshouin in the Ensemble Stars! stage adaptations, appearing in productions such as Ensemble Stars! THE STAGE -Track to Miracle- and -Witness of Miracle-, as well as Extra Stage Memory of Marionette.

Beyond these signature roles, Sasamori has built a diverse stage career. He has performed as Kaya Mizuno in MANKAI STAGE A3!, participated in stage adaptations of Sanrio Boys and Blue Period, and appeared in a stage version of Romeo & Juliet. He also took the role of Kaede Manyuda in the 2025 stage adaptation of Kakegurui and portrayed Gakuto Mikoshiba in the mystery opera Shinrei Tantei Yakumo. His film appearances include a role in Machida-kun no Sekai (Machida-kun's World) and the lead in the short film Some Day, which won an award at the SSFF & Asia festival.

While Sasamori has an extensive background in live performance, his career as an anime voice actor is still emerging. His first major anime voice role is Madoka Kurogare (also referred to as Madoka) in the mixed-media basketball project ZERO RISE, created by Bushiroad. In this project, Sasamori not only voices the character in the television anime adaptation but also portrays him on stage in the live production, continuing his tradition of dual performance. The ZERO RISE anime is produced by NICHICALINE, and the stage play is scheduled to run from May 2 to 17, 2026, at the Hikōsen Theater in Tokyo.

In terms of achievements, Sasamori received the Beer Ball Prize at the ACTORS☆LEAGUE baseball event in 2023, a recognition within the Japanese entertainment sports community. He is represented by the agency Omnia and also runs his own YouTube channel, maintaining direct engagement with his fanbase. His acting inspiration traces back to watching Al Pacino in The Godfather, which motivated him to pursue a career in performance.
